Hoping someone knowledgable can help

On May 2nd we purchased a small amount of SSR points at the Doorway to Dreams in NY. At that time, we already had a cash ressie at BWV, so they said they could transfer it, no problem. And they did. They also told me that we would be getting an email with an activitation number and a link to the member website so we could register. That hasn't happened yet.

However, I checked online and the deed was already filed on May 17th with the Co. offices. So, given that information, how long should it now take for me to receive this email. Once the deed is filed and out there for public consumption, now long does it take to be able to access the member services website?

Congrats and Welcome Home! We just purchased on 5/2 as well, and I too was waiting to receive log in information to be able to go online and check my account. I finally just called the DVC Member Services on Monday and they gave me the log in information over the phone. So I would recommend giving them a call.

I would definitely give them a call, they should be able to help you out.

Just call the toll free number, and the MS rep will be able to give you your log in information. Way back when they started the web log-in, we lost our card, and that's how I got our information.

You are all correct. I called and they had all the info and were able to set me up.
