A couple of options come to mind.
There's a free parking lot called the Cell Phone Lot that's intended for use by folks like you who are waiting to pick up arriving passengers. The concept is that the passenger will call the driver and you'll drive around to the appropriate A or B arrival area, quickly load luggage and drive away. Of course with this option you can't meet the passenger when they arrive inside the main terminal or help them with their luggage, you just meet them at curbside when they're out there. This works great, IMO, when you're picking up someone who is familiar with the airport or does a lot of flying and will not be flustered by large crowds at an airport or has only carry-on luggage and can make their way to the curbside baggage claim level to be picked up.
The other option is to park in the parking garage (above where you have probably picked up your rental cars in the past) and then go down to the terminal building to meet your passenger after they arrive. The first 20 minutes of parking are free, the second 20 minutes costs $2 and then each additional 20 minutes are $1. Even though this method will cost a few dollars I prefer doing this because I can help people I'm picking up navigate through the airport.
