Congratulations to all of you who will get your discounts later today.

I'm going March 9th to 16th so I will still be waiting. Ultimately waiting on AP discounts but was hoping to grab a GP discount until (or if there were no AP rates for those dates) AP rates come out. I even got excited about a possible Free Dining because running numbers this time it looked like a better deal even with having to buy 2 day tickets.

I know many of you are waiting for these dates too. So lets keep each others hopes up and keep each other company.

This current deal ends December 31st...so I wouldn't be shocked if we had to wait until AFTER that to get any deals for after March 7th! UGH!

Plane tickets have been bought, so theres no backing out...I just want to know how much I'll be spending on the room so I can budget more for other things...like alcohol!

If you can get in by march 7th the p/s/d packages rates seem to carry through the entire stay... The room only discount seems not to...

I am waiting too. Called this morning to ask if there were any discounts for my travel dates 3/22/13-3/29/13 (yup the week before Easter) and the CM said there is a PIN out, but unfortunately not associated with my household... Anyway he said not to give up hope that he "believes" there will be a discount offered for my time frame, but it will not be available for another the month...he said to check back around November 10th.

I could, but that would add a bunch of extra costs to my budget since I have an AP and will be using TiW. (Plus with the diet plan im on I wouldn't need all the food the DDP comes with...I don't want to be wasting food!)

I priced it out though and it would have saved me $1100**! That's a pretty penny!

I did get a AAA discount for Easter week just yesterday when I called. The CM said I had my choice of any resort in disney because they're all available. I then asked if he'd heard of any deals for that time frame and he said he'd be surprised if they left all these rooms empty. He said to look in early/mid November sometime for a deal, but I'll bet it's just something he's predicting rather than something he might know.

We are going during Spring Break (starts on March 11th) so it would look a little funny if my kid just happened to be "Sick" and out of school on the 7th and 8th When he was younger I didn't hesitate to take him out of school to go to disney (through 4th grade) but now hes in high school it's just to much. Last year (8th grade) I had to take him out for 2 days for me nieces wedding in New Orleans and being honest I called the school. Travel for a family wedding was not a valid reason for an excused absence. So he had 2 unexcused absences last yet. I doubt they would think Disney is valid LOL

Don't give up -- the CM I talked to was surprised I could get a AAA discount because he initially thought it was blacked out too, but thankfully he gave it a try. I booked BC and that's the only resort he checked for me.

Goll dang it! May I ask if you are going the week before or after Easter? I want to be prepared when I call back. This CM wouldn't even check, she just said "No, there are none, it's blacked out, same as Xmas."

If that CM would've checked, she would've been surprised. My dates are the week before Easter right through a few days after Easter. The only resort my CM checked was Beach Club and that is the resort I booked. So it's possible AAA discount is sold out for other resorts.

This is promising. I have been running numbers on different dates. None with discounts though. We would like to go Spring Break, March 30-April 6 but unless we get a discount, we will have to go later in the year.

I am in on the wait with you guys. Going from March 24-28th on the second week of my childrens' Spring Break. Unfortunately first week is out due to husband's work commitment.

We kinda splurged and booked a Lion King Suite so we could really use a little "discount magic." We haven't been in 5 years so I keep hoping for a PIN.

Be sure to read this week's edition of the Mousesavers newsletter because there is a great rate code for Hilton Downtown Disney that is available through April 10 and is not blacked out for Easter I was able to book it for 3/29-4/6.
