Well I'm going no scale, well atleast no scale for a few weeks. The last time I dieting I was addicted so now I have no scale in the house and will only weigh myself when I visit the doctor.

So, in light of that I think my diet is working, even without the physical proof, because hopefully not TMI but I've been peeing atleast once and hour or so... nonstop. I never "go" persay this often, normally very few times so I'm thinking this is a "sign".

I'm so looking forward to my first weigh-in and hopefully this will pay off, starting my exercise tomorrow. Dr said because of my weight walking might be harmful rather than helpful, he suggested "frolicing" around in the pool, ummm ok...lol. So off to the pool I go tomorrow. :Pinkbounc

LOL "frolic'ing in the pool -- coudl be the next olympic sport you just never know!!

i like a 'no scale' policy -- i can get really wrapped up in the number and weigh several times a week and then get frustrated with fluctuation that is all part of the game. i know when i'm realistic i can tell by the way my clothes fit and how i feel if i'm sticking to the healthy road or straying.

definately drinking the minimum 64 oz of water each day will rev up your metabolism some and your bod is thanking you!! i just heard on TLC last night that water is second only to oxygen in importance for our bodies. huh?! i really did realize it was important but hearing it worded like that was a good reminder for me

have you thought of joining our monthly exercise challenge to keep you accountable in that habit?? i LOVE that challenge it keeps me going throughout the month, i break down for myself what my weekly amount of time needs to be to stay on track and keep moving!!
 

I'm also someone who gets obsessed with the fluctuations on the scale!
I would weigh in the morning before work and if the scale was up just a little bit it would cause me to be so upset all day!! I've stopped doing that quite so much and feel a whole lot better!!
