Well, since I have never heard of Lenovo........

Toshiba makes decent computers for the price.

I have never used either but my DNiece has a Toshiba and is has been trouble from the get go.

OTOH, I have an HP Pavilion laptop that I love.

Well, since I have never heard of Lenovo........

Lenovo is the company that bought IBM's laptop business (IBM Thinkpads). "Lenovo Thinkpad" just doesn't have the same ring to it...
