I think it is great that 'old' Disney brides come back on here to offer advice and tell us about their experiences. It never ceases to amaze me how keen people are to pass on information on this board and it is invaluable to us future oldies!

Well, here is another lurking 'old' bride reliving here Disney wedding through ya'll. Married May 3, 2001 in a intimate wedding at the Pavillion with champagne/cake reception @ Citricos lobby. Looking though all the old pictures and video since we celebrate 7 years in 3 weeks!! What boggles my mind is the price increases! Don't know if we could afford a Disney wedding now LOL! Best wishes to everyone!!

Got any room in here for an "old" Disneyland Bride?

I just love that I can walk down by my wedding site any time I go to the DLR.

I hope that DL has better info now than when we planned ours. Don't get me wrong, we had a great time and a gorgeous wedding, but there are a lot of more things we could have done!

So, yes, watch out of the VRs to come and get us! How cool would it be to have my wedding at the DL Rose Garden and then a VR at the WP!

My sister and I filled out applications to be on that Mom's Panel they had--but of course, we didn't get picked. But, I guess for the people that didn't get picked, they have this mom's club--it is a nice little packet actually~!

I was LOL about you saying you were a wedding junkie. I become a reality show junkie about whatever I am going through at the time. When I was getting married (10 years ago!) I was addicted to "A Wedding Story". When we were building a home it was "House Hunters". And every pregnancy was absolutely ridiculous because I was on bedrest watching about 30 different shows about labor, delivery, newborns and birth defects. Total psycho. My 2 yo's would always start yelling "Push! Push!" when they saw the lady lay down on a hospital bed.

As I type my kids are watching the Samantha Brown Disney special that I have Tivo'ed. And I'm recording every Disney show that The Travel Channel is offering this month. I'm getting psyched!

I remember posting this on someone's TR or PJ but I think it is worth telling again...

I was going to hang up my wedding pics from Disney in my new house...taking them out, noticed that one looked odd-upon closer inspection-my DH's arm was completely missing--hmmm...bad photoshopping! Then I start going through my pics-more bad photoshopping. I emailed a woman I had dealt with at Disney Photog a while ago and she told me to fed ex them, gave me their fed ex # etc...now I never did it and I emailed her back to ask if I could bring the pics on vacation with us...so we are going to meet her with these pics and she is going to see what she can do!

When we got our pics done, the photog said we couldn't have a pic on the castle for safety reasons and it's up to the photog and ours said NO--and every wedding I have seen since mine with MK photo pics makes me sad that I don't have them!!!Now to add insult to injury-he couldn't even properly photoshop the pics! Do I even want the pics photoshopped?

I am hoping this woman can either fix this picture or will offer us something else if she can't. What that something else is, I am not sure but I would like something to make up for it!
