It's a lot of fun! can last a couple of hours at least because you are eating and the show is going on. I think you can catch a bus back but I'm not positive...you'll get more info. in a little while. Just go and have Lots and Lots of fun!

I'd take a taxi back. That being said, I'm not sure since I haven't been to Hoop Dee Doo since I was a kid (when it was only the MK, no other parks).

I would also think you could take a bus to the TTC and then grab a bus back to POR.

I could be very wrong here but I am under the impression there are special busses at the main bus station available after the show that will go back to all of the resorts. Not sure if they share, they do them by area, etc. Hopefully someone who has done it can comment.

Another alternative is to take the boat to MK and then bus to POR. That would be a very nice way to cap off the night with the boat ride and all, and much better than doing something like connecting at Disney Springs.

From FW, boat to MK, bus to POR.

If the boat line is long to MK, take the bus to CR and walk.

If you are not boat folks, bus from FW to WL to MK to POR.

If you are not in to big of a rush, you can take the internal bus to the front of the resort and then a bus to DS. walk from the DS bus stop to the boat launch to POR. (Alternately, you could do the bus from FW to WL to DS, but probably not much time difference there.)

Note if you want to get a taxi, you have to go to WL or the front entrance of FW.

if you plan on a taxi know that you will have to take an internal bus to other end of campground to get taxi as there is no car stopping in that area and includes handicapped parking only parking for golf carts

We stayed after the show for the carriage ride so not sure if that made the difference but we had to go to MK and then our resort.

I am nearly certain this was stopped, as long as the MK is open, a bit ago. They were bussing everyone to MK to transfer to the correct bus

Sorry, I was going on what was there after the late show early last year, we drove to the Fort for Hoop last summer.

we like to walk to WL afterwards via the trail (its super nice at night) and either boat back to MK for a bus or just a cab from FW. It's very close to POR so it cost's next to nothing to do it.

I don't know.
But I would think they revert to the prior system of having buses by Pioneer Hall to transport guests to 'grouped" hotels. By "grouped" I mean several different resorts on a single bus. It may take quite a while to get back to your resort.
Maybe someone here knows for sure.

OK, that's what they were doing last time I went, which was a while ago.
