We have Cat 1 seats for this show but am confused about our seating. Will we have assigned seats? The dining ressie CM said to go get tickets a week prior and they will assign us a seat. I won't be there a week prior. Is this something concierge can do for me before I get there as I am staying CL?

You can pick up your tickets UP TO a week prior. You can ask for them when you check in or even the morning of your show. At non club rooms you ask the lobby concierge for your tickets so I would think that the club concierge would get them for you and possibly deliver them to your room if you don't request them at check-in.

Seats are assigned in order by when you booked your ADR. You'll be told your table assignment when you arrive, but the seating arrangement is actually done earlier (I think I've read 2 days earlier? but I could be wrong on that). Your tickets will not show your actual table number, just your category.
