Have any of you taken toddlers to Hoop Dee Doo? Did they enjoy it? Based on trips when DD1 was a baby, I think our 6 month old will probably just be "along for the ride," but I'm not sure what the 2 year old will think.

Thanks!

I took my 20 month old to it and he loved it. The hardest part was waiting to get in before the show. My sons a great eater so we really got our money worth.:D

We took my son when he was 2.5 and he loved it. We did a lot of buffets and all you can eat meals and he ate plenty, but was free!! He liked the show as well.

We took our 2.5 year old daughter last month and she loved it! She loved the singing and dancing and she laughed at the jokes because everyone else was laughing:D . We sat upstairs and she loved it! She would sit in her seat and look over or sit on my husband's lap and she thought it was great to look down and see all the people. A few of the Pioneer Hall characters came upstairs and the character Claire talked to my daughter for a few minutes, she got a kick out of Claire's dress. :D

Depending on your children, this is a loud experience. The noise from those washboards gets very loud. With our three kids, we did this after each was over 2, as the noise level was my concern.
In our own experience, we were glad that we waited! two out of my three had sensitive ears due to numerous ear infections while they were younger.
