Hoop Dee Doo - Seating question

Does anyone known who does the seating for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue and when. I really need to get in touch with them. I am not sure that the person I am talking to through Disney Dining is getting it.

I believe that the seating is just done by reservations, meaning, they fill tables in order of who placed reservations first. So I don't know if anyone really does the seating other than the computer telling them who reserved first.

You can always call Ft Wilderness and ask for the manager of the Hoop De Doo Review.

Several years back, i had 2 separate reservations under my name for us and friends at HDD. I did receive a call from the person who assigns tables to ask us if it was a duplicate reservation and if not did we want to be seated together. So someone is reviewing these...
