Hi, hubby and I are travelling from the UK for 2 weeks in November.
We are staying offsite so can only book ADRs daily not for length of stay.

We are desperate to do Hoop dee doo but I know it will be a hard reservation to snag.
Ideally we want to book on a day we are at Magic Kingdom or a water park day, but if will change plans if needed.

My question is this, can I (attempt) to book multiple dates and then once my ADR window has closed, choose date/time that best suits us and then cancel any other bookings? Or will it only allow me to have one booking as it is a Dining Show rather than a restaurant?

Also, does it take payment at time of booking or is it the same as other Disney reservations and only takes payment if you don't show/don't cancel?

Thank you in advance for any advice.

It is a pre-pay. You can book one HDD show per day (know that they don't have Mon or Tues shows scheduled at this time). You can get a refund as long as you cancel the day before or earlier. Good luck!

As above, you will pay in full for each booking, but if you cancel far enough in advance, you'll receive a refund.

Thanks so much.
My plan is to spend the next 2 weeks getting dates we want. Then I will choose best time/date to suit and then will cancel any others straight away.

I have booked for 830pm on for our first Magic Kingdom Day, but will look at booking again on our second Magic Kingdom day and possibly a water park day. Then we make a decision and cancel the ones not required.

I have booked Cat 3 seating as we would like to seat upstairs in the middle of the balcony preferably.
Any tips on seat allocation? Do they fill the balcony from the stage backwards for example?

I believe that the middle of the balcony, viewing the stage directly in front, is Cat. 2. (There is also some Cat. 2 seating on the bottom floor, under the balcony.) The sides are Cat. 3. Scroll down to Seating Chart on this page. I'm not sure whether they fill the Cat. 3 tables from the back, next to the Cat. 2, or from the front, closer to the stage.

Thank you so much. My fault I meant on the side - so in the middle of either side would be preferable. I feel sat on the balcony, in front of (or opposite) the stage could be too far away? Guess we will find out-so excited for this 🤩

Pioneer Hall is relatively small, so even the far back row under the balcony isn’t very far from the stage. You’ll have a good view no matter where you sit! Enjoy!
