Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue

I am traveling to Disney in November and wanted to make reservations for the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. The reservations seem to be on hold for that time. Does anyone know why or when they will allow for reservations to be made?

I really would love to take my family there.
