Hoop Dee Doo Kid Menu

Hi! The kids menus I have seen for this are identical to the adult menu. I know a lot of kids eat fried chicken and corn on the cob, but does anyone know if they have mac and cheese or other typical kid options available?

Yes, it's family style assuming that children eat chicken, salad, rolls, beans and corn. However, many have been able to ask for a bowl of mac and cheese in addition to their sides from their waiter and they have been willing to accomodate. HDDR connects to Trails End Buffet so they can easily grab something else from there. So just ask your waiter/waitress

We were never offered anything but the standard fare (and my dd was less than happy until the strawberry shortcake arrived), but others have reported being able to get a bowl of macaroni and cheese. It might be worth calling a few days before your ADR to put in a special request. I personally couldn't believe that at a barbecue-style dinner attended by tons of kids didn't have mac n cheese as one of the standard sides. Especially knowing that they make it NEXT DOOR.

My DS is one who does not care for chicken or ribs. We are going next month and I told him that I would ask if he could have a hotdog and if not I will have a sandwich in my bag just in case.

I was wondering the same thing and was advised to call the restaurant a few days before our trip and request something else for my oh-so-picky eater of a son. Someone pm'd the # to the restaurant. Let me know if you'd like it and I will PM it to you as well.

We have gone twice and both times DD8 was able to order almost anything she wanted - she had pizza w/ fries one time and hotdog w/fries the other.

No one in my family eats chicken on the bone, or beans. I call a day or two ahead of time and request boneless chicken strips and fries or mac-n-cheese. They have always been happy to accommodate, and our servers have always known we were coming, and brought out our food.

When we went in 2004 my ds wanted a hotdog and our waiter brought it right out with fries to boot! We asked right at the table and it wasnt a problem at all. For the price of it, it shouldnt be
