We are considering doing hoop dee doo when we are in Orlando for my husband’s conference in febuary. I would like to go ahead and make the reservation now, since the earlier you book, the better the seats. But until the conference schedule comes out, we won’t know 100% positive that we’ll be able to fit it in (we’ll know in Nov). Also, I want to pay via gift cards we have left over from our trip to Disney in January. If I book, and pay via gift card (phone), can I cancel online, or do I have to call to cancel?
If we book via credit card I can book and cancel online. But when we arrive, can we ask the server to cancel our CC payment and process it via gift card? That way we can cancel the booking without calling, if needed. Which would be nice.
