Hoop Dee Do Late Show and Ye Haa Bob?

Have the 8:30 show for Hoop Dee Do booked....but we're trying to make it back for the some of Ye Haa Bob at POR. We're driving to FW...so should be quicker....but I can't imagine getting back to POR before 11. Does Bob play that late?TIA

You might catch part of it. I think his second set starts after 9. I think he plays until almost midnight. So you'd be cutting it close but you might catch the end of the show if there is room. Sometimes it's so packed at RRL that you have to stand in the hall way.
I personally would just book another night to see him but that's just me.

The HDDR is about 2 hours. Even though you are driving you still need to take an internal bus from Pioneer Hall to the parking lot at the front of Fort Wilderness.
I wouldn't rush like that

1) I think you are pushing your luck.
2) As mentioned above, you MIGHT catch a song or two.
3) If Bob is that important, you might want to plan for another night to see him.
4) Transport from HDDR to POR is very slow (total travel time could be 50-60 minutes)
. . . after HDDR, walk to bus stop (approx 3-minutes)
. . . wait for next internal bus (approx 2-minutes, as usually they are waiting)
. . . take internal bus to Outpost (approx 15-minutes, as there are stops at campsite locations)
. . . wait for resort bus (up to (10-minutes)
. . . take resort bus to POR (approx 15-minutes)
. . . walk the show (approx 4-minutes)

Take the back way when you leave the camp ground. Make a left out of the place and make right at the light and riverside will be right on the left. Busses are usually lined up after hdd. If you get out quick you should be inside riverside within 45 min. The most. As Bobs show goes on people tend to leave. You may get there and have plenty of seats or there may be none. I've seen it where there were only a few people in the room later on in the night. To get the most out of his show it's best to get there at the beginning.
