I thought I saw somewhere, a discount for DVC members re the Hoop de Doo Revue.
I've looked on the DVC site but can't seem to find anything.

from the member site under member perks - you just need to go through the list

this is the last show of the night.

When we went in March we got a discount but it was only for the late show.

I was thinking about trying to attend the last show in order to get the discount but thought 9:30 was too late to be eating all that food/drink. I don't know if the 20% is worth the heartburn!

WOOHOOO!

As I recall, there are also non-DVC discounts for the early show. Call and see if qualify for any of them.

We are just back from our 2 week stay (sob!) and enjoyed the Hoop De Doo a lot! It was a lot of fun, we ranged in ages from 10-82. The show is late, just had to have an ice cream at Ghiardellis around 6 to tide us over. The nice thing is that they have 3 buses lined up and waiting at 11:30 when the show is over so you don't have to hassle with transportation when the night is done. The show was really good, the chicken was terrific, ribs were ok was a bit surprised there were no potatoes to go along with the dinner, just a bowl of corn and a bowl of baked beans. The strawberry shortcake was delicious though. We all enjoyed the show and thought it was well worth the money with the discount.

20 % wasn't enough for us to justify doing that to my girls. That is awfully late to be eating a big dinner! We opted for the earlier show.

I agree, Lenshanem -- couldn't do it to my brood next week either -- we're set-up for the 5:30, despite the higher price tag. Can't put a price on well-rested happy kids, though!

Technically the Disney Dining Experience discount was only for the late show also but when I inquired, I was given the discount on the early show. It never hurts to ask.

Dean, I just booked this for the 5:00 show for next April. Who did you ask to get the discount, did you ask at the time of booking or when you picked up the tickets?

It was 3 or 4 years ago and we were using the DDE, not DVC discount. That was also supposed to be the late show only. I called and asked for the late show and they offered me the 7 (?7:30) show and said I could get the discount there as well. I didn't have to ask, they offered it to me on their own.
