So, I booked dinner at the Hoop de doo when I was 180 days out. It is pre-paid with my Disney Visa.

I also was able to get the Free Dining offer when it was released. What will happen if I use 2 dining credits to pay for the dinner show ? Will I get an automatic CC refund? What about the tip??

I have read that you can go to your concierge (where you would pick up the ticket) at your resort and let them know that you are now using the dining plan credits and they will refund your card right then and there. Also, the tip is included when you pre-pay with your card AND included in the dining plan credits so no need to worry about the gratuity.

Yes, I was in that situation last trip. I did the exchange at the HDDR box office right before the show, but you can do it at your resort concierge too.
