Hey! We have been to HDDR 3 years ago when my youngest ds was not yet 2, and loved our location (considered section 1 now - this was before the big seperation of "sections"). However, we have regular dining and have to be in 2 or 3, which is still fine with me. But I'm wondering from anyone that has smaller children (youngest will be celebrating his 2nd b-day, and my oldest his 5th), which section would you choose? I know that there isn't really a bad seat in the house, but wondering if I should change to section 3 instead of 2. TIA

I had asked the same question and people told me that the view is better from 3 but that more interaction goes on in the audience in 2.

I've never been there myself, but that's what disers told me.

last trip we were seated towards the rear. one of the last tables on the floor back on the left.

i was disappointed when we were seated. I have sat at closest table on upper balcony, and I have sat by the stage (many times)

let me say this: the back was wonderful. we would sit there again. much of the show happens on the floor in the middle of the room, so we were not twisted around to try to see.

also my brother was picked to participate on the stage (as the Indian) and the characters often danced and waltzed by our table

I would take that section again in a heartbeat!

Are you going to the HDDR on your upcoming trip? If you are, can you give me your take on things when you come back? TIA, and have fun!

Would you think from where you sat, my youngest ds would have an issue with seeing the action? I personally have no issue with location, just obstructed views. TIA

well, my just turned 3 dd and my 5 year old ds saw it all. they were totally into the show, my dd was clapping to the beat during all the songs, the view was just perfect! i will try to load a photo and post it here. :O)

ok let's see if this works.

there was another row of tables, just slightly behind us to the right, but we were more or less the last tabe on the left at the back. (and I have a bit of zoom on on the camera)
