Hoop-De-Doo Lyrics?

Does anyone have or know where to find the lyrics for the Hoop-De-Doo song that they sing at the Hoop-De-Doo Revue? You know, the main song with the words "Hoop-De-Doo" in it?

My DD2 is watching a Wiggles video and they are singing a Hoop-De-Doo song that sounds a lot like the one at WDW, but I can't really remember how it went. If I could find the lyrics, then I'd know and this silly thing would stop bothering me! I think it would be so funny if it's actually the same song!

You might try a web search. The song is, or is similar to, a song that was popular back in the early to mid 1950s.

I'm not sure the lyrics are the same since it's been some time since I did the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, but the tune was the same. Perry Como was the singer who did it back in the '50s.

I like the theme song, but I think I prefer the Hoop Dee Doo version of "oh my darlin" and "shanadowa"(which is replaced at Christmas with Tennesse Christmas, which is good too) (ok I know its not spelled correctly, but I still like the song).

Holy cow! Some of the lyrics are different, WDW is a shorter version, but it IS the same song that the Wiggles do! How funny!!
