Still nothing for the first week in Dec. Literally the only thing DH asked for was to go to HDDR.

it will have to open up. Disney has been extremely random. I got Dec 9th at 180+ and then it shut down way before it could have possibly been sold out. Keep the faith!

It's so annoying! I wish if they were remodeling or cutting back shows, they would let the CM's or TA's know. Spirit of Aloha has availability if I get desperate, but I've heard some not great things about it.

That's promising! I'll have to check some of the more recent reviews. We had always avoided it because of the so-so reviews. We've done HDDR before and really enjoyed it, so trying to stick to something we know we enjoy, KWIM? I'll definitely look into it a little more

Yes! We really enjoyed it!!

Food is similar to 'Ohana so I wouldn't suggest doing them back to back. My biggest complaint was that the chair was really low to the ground and heavy to pull out (sounds strange, but its true!) and the pulled pork was a little salty. Besides that, food was good, entertainment was enjoyable, and the CMs were very friendly!

I said I would definitely do it again, but my family and I are trying to be adventurous with some new options this time around

Thanks for the feedback, @PolyRob ! I'm still holding out hope for HDDR, but it gives me a little more confidence that if we had to do Spirit of Aloha, it may not be as bad as we think. (And we haven't been able to get an 'Ohana dinner, so that would take care of that issue!)
