Hoop de Doo Disney Visa Discount?

I was looking at Hoop de Doo reservations last night and noticed it mentioned a 10% Disney Visa Discount but that you have to call to get it (I guess because it's a pre-pay restaurant). But, this restaurant is not listed under the participating locations on the Disney Visa site. Does anyone know if this is actually a thing? I plan to call them anyway but wondering if anyone has experience with this.
