I am a seanson pass holder and today was the day they were opening up reservations for this. I am an the DDP and was told have to pay for it they then can reemburse me, I wouldnt mind putting my crd number down to hold the spot like I did with CG but this I won't do not worth it to me, keeping my CG ressies

When we booked our reservation I did it on the phone and the cm told me the card wouldn't be charged ahead of time. I was just to hold to reservation.

Usually they do that but they said because this is December and the system isn't correct I would have to do it this way

We were told the same thing this morning and were told to call back later today to add on the DP to our ADR & our $$ would be refunded. We check our bank account and the card was authorized for the amount but not yet charged. I have a feeling it will be charged later today though.

I contacted the concierge line & they said to let them know when we arrive and they will modify it OR let the HDDR know and they will modify it. So, it sounds like if they cannot refund your credit card now, they will be able to when you arrive.

If it doesn't work out, we will be OK with it, as we have 2 OOP lunches planned anyways. They are not nearly as much $$ as the HDDR, but it will be our first time seeing the show and Christmas Eve & we really wanted to see then show then, so be it....
