hoop de-do or luau?

My family and I are going to wdw in November to celbrate my daughter's first b-day and my husbands 36th b-day! I also have 2 daughters ages 6 and 8, do you think we should try to do the hoop de do or the luau or wait till a later time? Also is there food for kids at either of these shows? MY kids are very picky eaters!! One other thing my girls take dance class and I am a dance teacher so I know that they would probably enjoy either one!

It is fun to do either. However, transportation would be an issue for you since you have such small kids. Personally, I find it easier to get in and out of the Luau, since the Poly is on the monorail. HDD can be difficult to get home from - you'd be better off waiting til the kids were older to enjoy HDD.

i liked hoop dee doo a lot better than the luau. if you leave yourself plenty of time, transportation shouldn't be an issue.
