Hoop de do and DDP

Hello everyone-
We would like to do the HDDR and have the DDP on our upcoming August trip. I know you can use 2 TS credits for the HDDR but my question is this- when you call WDW DINE to make your HDDR reservations you have to pay in advance- how does this work with your DDP?

In my experience they did not charge me for the HDDR when I told them I was using DDP credits.

I think you need to let them know you're using DDP for HDDR because the DDP ressies are limited to one section. I don't know the particulars of that, but I've seen some concerns expressed over on the DDP board. You might check over there.
