We have been 3 times, one of which was in early December (might even have been Dec. 1), and the only difference was the building was decorated for Xmas inside and out.

I just went to the Hoop Dee Doo on Christmas Day, and while I can't be 100% sure that there were show modifications (it was my first time seeing the show), I believe it was indeed a special Christmas version of the show. They included "(There's No Place Like) Home For the Holidays" and IIRC "Santa Baby" and maybe a couple of other songs that the sangria wiped from my memory in the show. I don't know if they do this holiday version on any days other than Christmas itself, though.
