My future husband and I are heading to Disney to catch the end of the Food and Wine Festival and also to celebrate our honeymoon...what do you all suggest for good Honeymoon restaurants?(if such a thing even exists. lol)

I thought Coral Reef was really romantic, and definitely Le Cellier! I think maybe because both are very dimly lit, with great themes. Congrats, and have a great trip!!

California Grill - They gave us a really good window table and decorated it for us on our honeymoon. A guy also came and took our picture and then e-mailed it to us a week later. It can be loud in here, especially if it's getting towards fireworks time, but the view is sooo worth it. Then you can go out and watch the fireworks from the observation deck together!

Victoria and Alberts, Narcossees's or Citricos - The Grand Floridian is very romantic feeling to me so I would suggest eating at one of the restaurants there. If your budget can swing it, definitely do V&A. It's so romantic and is an amazing experience. However, you can't go wrong with either Narcossees's or Citricos!

Any of the other signatures would make for a good honeymoon meal as well!

My husband and I have dined at Artist Point several times, and we find it wonderfully romantic and the food is incredible! I would definitely recommend it for a nice evening together.

We also found Yakatori House to be a rather romantic location. It may sound crazy, but we had a late dinner in the outdoor seating area behind the restaurant during Illuminations. It was lovely! Very few people with the lanterns hanging from the trees and the stream flowing. We really enjoyed it.

In no particular order: Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge); Le Cellier (Epcot-Canada); Victoria & Albert's (Grand Floridian); Yachtsman's Steakhouse (Yacht Club); Jiko (Animal Kingdom Lodge). Or, since it IS your honeymoon, ROOM SERVICE.

Here's the list of places we ate at on our honeymoon organized into categories:

Signature
Cinderella's Royal Table (also character)
Jikos

Character
1900 Park Fare (dinner)
Tusker House (breakfast)
Ohana (breakfast)

Regular
Le Cellier
Coral Reef
50's Prime Time
Sci Fi Dine In

I feel like we got to experience a good variety of what Disney had to offer.
Of course we had 10 days to do so, but my suggestion would be at the very least pick:
1 signature - If you're staying in a Deluxe resort, the Sig. Restaurant there would make a good choice. We were staying at AKL, so we ate at Jikos. Even though it would not have been my first choice (I'm a pretty picky eater) we both thoroughly enjoyed it.
1 character meal - My suggestion would be 1900 Park Fare for those funny funny Stepsisters.
1 meal in the World Showcase - This is totally up to your preference.
Mexico has a fake night sky
Germany has a show with dancing
Morocco has a belly dancer show
Great Britain has the possibility of watching Illuminations, if you can score a window seat at the right time.
Just find a theme that you like and go with it.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the restaurants at Disney. It just depends on your preference.

We honeymooned in WDW last year and we really liked Sci Fi - we had never been there before but it was really fun eating in the cars and watching the silly sci fi clips.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. He is definitely a meat eater, so I believe Le Celier is a WINNER. No doubt about it! I hadn't even thought about the California Grille or Citricos...excellent thoughts!

I really appreciate all the input!

If your staying in Epcot then definately Tutto if your looking for anywhere then no ? Cali Grill.
Congrat's to you both and have a Magical trip.

We're staying at Dixie Landings(PO Riverside). We are going on a family vacation in April and staying at BWV, so I think we'll hit up a lot of the Epcot World Showcase restaurants then!

If you are going this year you need to make ADR's ASAP.
Many of the popular restaurants book 6 months in advance at that time

Victoria & Alberts. My wife and i eat there on our honeymoon, and then again 10 years later. It is an experience that you will never forget.

citrico's!! yum, yum, yum, nice white tablecloths- awesome waiter! food to die for! very adult and sophisticated!
