Will you just honeymoon in Disney or go somewhere else?

Will you honeymoon immediately after your Disney wedding? Or later on?

We are getting married on the day before we leave Disney World. It's going to be a fun vacation but we would like to vacation alone as well. We are hoping to do a more intimate honeymoon over Thanksgiving. We would like to go somewhere warm. Maybe a cruise

Our family and friends will be with us for the first week and a half in WDW and then we'll have at least a week by ourselves after they leave. We were originally going to stay in Disney for the whole time but now I'm thinking maybe a couple of days in New Orleans would be great as well as DF and I have always wanted to go there and it would be great to do it as part of our honeymoon.

We are staying in Disney for a week after the wedding, but our real honeymoon is a few months later. We are going on a European cruise!

I'm going to be arriving at Disney about a week before my wedding, with my dad (for the last father/daughter trip).

After the wedding DFi and I will honeymoon at Disney until the following Sunday.

for me, me and DFi are getting married on a saturday in his hometown then flying down to disney the following monday for a 2 week honeymoon at disney.

We are getting married in Naples, FL on the beach, and staying there for a couple days of relaxation.

Then we are going to Disney for 4 days!!!!!!

We can't wait!!!

We are getting married @ disney on a thursday. All of our friends and family are leaving on that Saturday and Then we will stay at Disney till tuesday. We will then drive home and may stop at Hilton Head or something on the way back for a couple days. I feel like at Disney it's going to be a lot of fun but I think DF is going to need the time to unwind at a beach somewhere.

We are going to be at Disney for 12 nights when we get married!! Both of our families will be in Orlando for most of the 12 nights. We have alot of things planned by ourselves but I want to spend time with family.

But this is not our Honeymoon!!!

We are going to Jamacia for 7 nights at the end of June!!! (We leave the morning after our at home reception!!!)

We are getting married on a Saturday at Disney, spending the 1st night at Universal (I know, going to the darkside!), and then checking into the Disney Boardwalk Villas for 5 days for the first part of our Honeymoon, and then going on a 3 night cruise to the Bahamas! Can't wait!!

I decided I was going to Disney World for my honeymoon before i even met my fiancee, much less got engaged! Imagine my excitement when she wanted to have her wedding at Disney!!!! A match made in heaven!

We are going to do a week at WDW where we hope to get married on Thursday, then leave on a DCL Cruise on Saturday for our honeymoon :) Sounds magical to me!

That was originally our plan but then Disney offered the complimentary military ticket for this year. So then we just decided to use that up completely and then go for a cruise another time.

Isn't that great?! :goodvibes We already bought 5-day passes before the offer, so we are going to use the free ones in May, and save the other ones for maybe an anniversary!!

Also, did you know Universal is offering a free 2-park 7 day ticket too? You might want to go to the "dark side" for a couple of days....it's FUN!!

Oh I'm sure DF will LOVE that! Although I didn't think it was possible he is one of the only people that I know that can get Disney-ed out!

Universal may be a good change for him just this once.... Thanks Kel as always! You always know everything I need to know!

You're welcome!!! Also, though it's really pricey, if you stay onsite, your room key is a front-of-the-line (FOTL) pass for all the rides. You can seriously just walk onto the rides, where other people have long waits. You can use your room key the day you check in, and all day the day you check out, so if you stay only one night, you get two days of FOTL passes.

I love Disney, but US/IOA is awesome in it's own way!

After our wedding, we stayed at Disney for a week and then went on a week-long Caribbean cruise.
