Honeymoon Registry Thank you's

We have a Disney Honeymoon registry and we got out first email announcement today that someone bought something for us... We re getting married Sept 1st and I do not know when my shower is... Would you send a thank you now or wait till after the wedding?!?

PS They signed the honeymoon guestbook which had what they gave us listed

We had the same thing. For the ones that I knew were coming to my shower, I waited to give them the thank you. I acted like I had no idea. The ones that were out of state, I sent their thank you a week later.

That is what I am thinking... I would hate to get a thank you before I gave a gift... Maybe I will write it so it is ready to send when the time comes so I do not have a ton to write
