Honeymoon registry question

So after me and DF booked our honeymoon, i registered us for the honeymoon registry. Well i did that over a month ago and still haven't received the gift card. It said that i should receive it within 10 days but haven't. Would the fact that we booked our trip thru AAA be a problem? I mean when i registered it found our ressie and everything.

Has this happen to anyone else? What should i do? I've already emailed them and nothing. Any advice will be appreciated because family is wanting to "gift" us with something from this registry.

As long as your registry is active on the site, your family can buy things from it - you don't have to have the gift card in hand until you leave for the trip.

I'd call the phone number listed on the site - I've always been able to reach a real person that way. 407-566-7272

When i signed up for it, it said that it will not be accessible by guest until after i enter the gift card number. But thanks for the advice. I am going to call them on Monday morning.
