My fiance and I are getting married in April of 2016, and of course our Honeymoon will follow! I know, I know why am I planning my Disneymoon so early?! The reasons are, I get bored at work and I freaking excited to take her to the WDW for the first time! So here is a sneak peak in what I have already got planned!

Arrive Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday at a park, Wednesday Break day and Thursday and Friday park days and leave Saturday afternoon. I have started to plan where we would like to eat. Here is our dining wish list by park.

(We are doing the DDP)

Arrival Day
Pepper Market

Magic Kingdom
Crystal Palace
Be Our Guest

EPCOT
Quick Service in WS
Sit down, Coral Reef, San Angel Inn
Tutto Italia Ristorante,

Animal Kingdom
Tusker House or Yak and Yeti
Resort Quick Service

Hollywood Studios
Sci Fi? 50's Diner?
Quick Service

Day off
Quick Service
'Ohana

Leaving Day
Quick Service

Please recommend places to eat, I really want to make her first time great!:):):):):):):):):):)

Arrival Day
Pepper Market

Maybe instead of eating at the resort, you can hop on the bus and go to Downtown Disney. There are so many restaurant options there included in the Dining Plan. One of my favorite quick service places there is Earl of Sandwich. Mmmm But there are lots of sit-down places as well. It's a nice area to just walk around too and have some ice cream or get a treat at Goofy's Candy Company.

Magic Kingdom
Crystal Palace
Be Our Guest

Crystal Palace is nice. It's a buffet with Pooh characters. I've never eaten at Be Our Guest since it's the newest restaurant there, but I do highly recommend you make your reservations for that as soon as you can because it will fill up most likely. You could, if you wanted, instead of eating breakfast at Crystal Palace (unless you're looking for a Pooh character meal) eat at the Contemporary Resort then hop the monorail over to Magic Kingdom. Chef Mickey's is a Mickey & friends character buffet there. Grand Floridian has 1900 Park Fare with Mary Poppins and friends (characters vary), and Polynesian has Lilo and Stitch at 'Ohana's (but it looks like you'll be eating there another day - but see my notes for your day off).

EPCOT
Quick Service in WS
Sit down, Coral Reef, San Angel Inn
Tutto Italia Ristorante,

Each one of your sit down options are nice. There are so many quick service places to choose from, it just depends on what kind of cultural food you feel like eating at the time.

Animal Kingdom
Tusker House or Yak and Yeti
Resort Quick Service

Again for the quick service I recommend going to Downtown Disney instead of the resort. Maybe instead of using a table service here at the park, save it so you can have 2 table services to use for a dinner show on your day off instead.

Hollywood Studios
Sci Fi? 50's Diner?
Quick Service

Personal preference, I like Sci Fi better than 50's Diner because the atmosphere is so cool. 50's Diner can be hit or miss depending on your server.

Day off
Quick Service
'Ohana

This is where I say maybe use 2 table services for a dinner show like Hoo-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Fort Wilderness. It's a really fun show. And, if there's time, you can head over to the campfire and roast some marshmallows or just catch the outdoor movie.

Leaving Day
Quick Service

If you have time, you can head over again to Downtown Disney for a quick service and last minute souvenirs. ;)

Save two sit-down credits for California Grill!! It's the best food you'll eat without spending a total fortune on Victoria & Alberts and if you make your reservation for a time near the fireworks it can be quite romantic!! So worth it!

Thank you so much for the tips! You've helped a ton! I'll have to sit down and show her all these ideas. When it comes to quick service options it'll probably be spur of the moment decisions especially in the parks. I have seen Hoop- Dee- Do before and it was awesome! We were thinking about doing the Aloha Luau, what do you know about that?

What kind of food do they serve? We are pretty simple people, and sometimes she isn't all that adventurous when it comes to food. And I'll eat about anything except... sushi....:confused3

The Spirit of Aloha show is nice, but I do like the recommendation of the other poster to go to California Grill though. If you can get reservations early enough, like he/she said, you can get them during the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and see them from the windows there (or, if you don't get a reservation during that time, you can use your receipt to go back and watch them from the lounge or the outdoor viewing platform).

You can see the menu here https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/contemporary-resort/california-grill/menus/

So is California Grill a must? I am quickly changing my mind and intrigued by eating there, like I said I want to do a lot of new things and this would qualify.

I've never eaten there myself, but if I had the chance I would. I'd give it a try. It seems really nice, has a decent selection of food choices, and has a great view. ::yes::

I like Crystal Palace. If you're early risers, go for breakfast at 8am on a day when the park opens at 9am. You'll get great pics of an empty park and be inside and closer to rides when it opens. We do the same at AK with Donald's Breakfast Safari in Tusker House. It also happens to be one of my favorite restaurants. I've never been to BOG.

EP
Le Cellier is a nice meal in Canada, although not a must-do. My favorite places in Epcot are mostly the ethnic QS places.

AK
Flame Tree is my favorite QS - great BBQ. Tusker House is my choice for sit-down. The Animal Kingdom Lodge has great restaurants too. Boma is a great buffet and Jiko is upscale and romantic. It gets fantastic reviews so I don't think it's just me lol.

DS
I'm no help here, I don't like the food at Disneys Studios. :confused3

Poly
The luau is great - don't miss it!
Kona Cafe is a good regular place
,OHana is a fun character breakfast with Lilo and Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. The dinner has no characters has a fun menu of grilled steak, shrimp and other things.

You'll have a good time with any of the suggestions on this thread! Happy Planning! :goodvibes

It's an absolute MUST. They pump in the music for Wishes and the view is stunning and it's so romantic because you're not crammed in amongst throngs of people. Plus the food is the best in the park (in my opinion!)

We are doing this as well for our honeymoon on our arrival day! I can't wait!
