Honeymoon ADR suggestions

Me and FI are planning on doing 15 nights at Caribbean Beach, which gives us lots of choices of Disney Dining (especially after doing 11 nights this Christmas)... What would be your top choices?? We want some romace and some fun. I have gone to Disney all my life, but stick with the same places (Crystal Palace, Chef mickeys, hollywood and vine all come to mind). Thanks!

We are going in September with our duaghters but we have one date night available to us so I have been doing nothing but researching restaurants. If you really want to splurge, there is Victoria and Alberts. Unfortunately, we just can't see ourselves dropping that much money on a meal. After that for romantic atmosphere there is California Grill, Narcoossee's, Citrico's and Jiko. Right now we have ADR's at Narcoossee's but my DH really wants to go to Le Cellier at Epcot. I am really hoping I get lucky and call at the right time to get a cancellation.
