Honest Opinions from the team

I have to say that I love the honest opinions that the podcast team gives...obviously or else I wouldn't keep listening! I don't always agree, but I like to hear other people opinions and experiences. And generally that is why I use the boards too, to get other opinions. When I read about a great or awful experience on the boards I usually look at where the people were from, who were they traveling with, what time of year it was, how many other times have I heard something similar on the boards...etc. and then I think about it from there. I have recommended stuff to people that they have come back and hated, and I have told people to avoid things that they came back and said was their favorite- everyone's different!

Keep up the good work guys, I don't always agree but regardless I like to hear the ups, downs and everything in between.

I totally agree

The first trip we took to WDW was a bit of a let down, not the whole trip but some things stuck out. Coming home I was feeling as though it was down to me and somehow we'd missed the magic or I hadn't planned it correctly

However I then found the Dis and lurked a while and discovered that others have had a similar bad experience and I felt better.

Different people want/like different things and having an honest opinion helps you judge what you want.

Lets face it the Podcast would be so boring if they crew weren't 'themselves'

Personally, I fail to see the point of giving your opinion if you isn't an honest one.

We were very disappointed sfter our first trip to WDW.
However that first trip was during the week of X-mas.
So the next year we tried again at a different time (early Dec.).
We came home knowing we were still missing something.
When we were on our second trip they had to move us to a 2 bedroom villa in SSR for a night. That is when we took the DVC tour.
When we came home DH started investigating DVC.
That is when we found the dis and the podcasts.
Needless to say our next trip was great.
We found the magic, thanks to the Dis and the Dis Team.

I couldn't work for someone if I wasn't allowed to be honest. I find it is much easier to be honest than dishonest.
