Are they reliable? Will they keep searching for a better rate even after they've booked for me, like I do.

Actually, I was thinking it would be nice to have another set of eyes looking for good rates. I always feel like I'm missing one. And there are times I've found out too late. If they would keep on top of the rates and change it for me after I've already booked, I'd use them in a second.

I have used them and been very pleased. They do find good rates and also help you with PS and other things.

They were able to get me an AP rate at AKL the last time I stayed there when I could not get it on my own.

If you go through them, is the cancellation policy different? I never want to cancel, but you know, you have to cover all your bases.

I haven't used DU to plan a WDW trip, as I prefer to plan those myself, but I have used them to book a DCL cruise. I would not hesitate to use them again. They truly are Disney travel experts, and I found them to be very professional and responsive.

I've been extremely happy with my DU experiences. They've booked 2 WDW vacations and 2 Disney cruises for me. It may be strange to some that the dealings are done through e-mail, but in this technology age, I actually like it better. My agent has always kept an eye out for discounts and applied them accordingly. They will also make your priorty seating arrangements and keep track of them on a customized itinerary. Their policies are the same regarding deposits and cancellations, but it's so nice to be able to view everything on line. You'll always be able to see your cost, your payments and your balance. I think they're great because they share our love for Disney. In fact, a few of them are members here on the DIS. I would definitely recommend them.

Nope, they will get the same cancellation policies that you would get.

Really, it's like having a personal assistant who's willing to endure those long "on hold" times with Disney, and who knows a lot about the resorts and how to get the best rates there...

After booking multiple trips with them I would go no other way! They have saved me a good deal of money of 2 different trips. And as far as booking PS's they have done a great job getting everything the way we wanted it even after making several changes in our plans. My hats off to the staff at DU!

I have also recommended them to several friends who have l had great experiences with them. It is nice not to have to worry about trip details!

Another thumbs up for DU here. Ive booked quite a few trips with them and my agent has always been prompt in replying to me, very helpful, and she has saved me money on just about every trip.

I will use them for every trip I plan. The next two trips I have rented DVC villas so can't use them and am finding planning harder without them.

I've used DU three times now. One time was for a complete stay. The next time was a shorter, last minute stay and only needed them to make an addition to an existing reservation. This trip coming up in June they have handled my last 2 nights after my DVC stay at BWV. I really miss using them as much as I did but since we own DVC we really don't need as much as we used to.

But I really recommend them highly. We have always gotten the cheapest rate out there. And there have been times that I have changed my resort 4 times and Shirley didn't bat an eye!! They are truely wonderful.

I love to plan everything in my Dsiney trips. That is half of the fun to me. I was reserved in using DU. I wanted to get a crack at a discount code though and knew that I did not want to look and look for myself in a possible risk of getting in on the code too late. I decided to use DU. For someone who plans as I do DU will not be extremely helpful in the making of the details. I say this only because I generally knew what we wanted to do and what PS's I wanted to schedule. I could have done all this myself for sure, but it was great to have someone take my list of wants and make it happen. I never had to call Disney for anything and never had to endure hold times or bad CM's. Everything we wanted we got and a nice e-mail was sent every time a change was made. I added things in as I felt and each change was handled quickly. This was done right up to the day of departure. We never had a problem at check in and everything went smooth. I will absolutely use DU again and that is saying a great edeal for a heavy planner such as myself. For someone that is not that familiar with WDW this service would be outstanding and could be a make or break decision in the vacation. They could guide a novice through the parks and resorts saving lots of cash. For the experienced WDW traveler it is well worth using just for convenience. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I received. Trisha Kapp was our consultant and she was wonderful.

I am using them for the first time for our trip in March to the Dolphin and Bob has called me twice to let me know that he is applying discounts. The only thing I don't know whether it would have been cheaper to go with a "Disney" deluxe this time as the rates are not as cheap for the Dolphin as they have been. However, Bob has been great so far.

I acutally found their cancellation policy better then what I was getting on the phone. I kept getting connected with WDW Travel Co instead of CRO. The Travel has a 45 day cancellation policy and DU has the 5 day that CRO has.

I used DU for this trip and have been absolutely thrilled with them. Carole got me a code and with it we were able to upgrade from POP to AKL. DU has got me every PS that I asked for including Cindy's!

This is my first time with DU, my DB has used DU on many trips and also has nothing but good things to say about them. That is why I chose them, and I couldn't be happier.

Can't wait to use them again for my trip in 2006. I talk to my agent Cathy every so often about questions that pop up and she's always so quick to answer. I can't wait to book with her in 2005 for our trip in 2006. DU is a FANTASTIC company and I wouldn't deal with anyone else on planning my Disney trip!

I'm using DU for the 4th time (I think). I have ALWAYS had excellent service. Misti is my agent again for our March trip and it's like talking to an old friend.

I have planned our trips myself in the past, but we used DU for our upcoming December stay and cruise and would highly recomend them. They were able to get us on the 12/28/04 Magic Cruise at the last minute (last week) with the best price I could find. We also used them for a pre-cruise stay reservation at WDW. Very easy to deal with, great prices and great service.

DU is really a great service. And yes they really do keep looking, and looking for better deals for you.

Really nice when you work all day, and can't get to call CRO to have a new code applied.

Its great coming home, opening your personal email, and having a message about how much $ DU just saved because they were able to apply a code for you!
