Homework Primer

I am finally breaking down and considering DVC. I have been doing alot of homework when it comes to the actual DVC part..... use year, home resort, maintenance fees, etc....

I have decided that resale is the best for me right now. What I need some help with is how to do homework on the different companies. The names of companies I have.... but what do I look for?

What questions do I ask? What do I tell them when I call?

I think I know the answers to this, but after reading a few posts that said "do your homework" on resellers it got me thinking that maybe I don't know the answers!

I really like the professionalism of the Tiimeshare Store.

Just call them and tell them what you want and check their posting daily or more than once a day.

The good listings go quickly.
