We spent a week at the new Homewood Suites. There was five of us and we stayed in a 2 queen suite on the 4th floor. The hotel was quiet despite being sold out. Housekeeping ran our dishwasher for us even though it was not full. We only ate their supper once because of our schedule, but it was definitely enough for a meal. We ate the chicken sliders. The pool was salt water, not chlorine and was always kept clean. Does anyone have any questions?

We are going to be there the 25th to the 28th, how far was it to the parks and did you walk or use the toy story lot?

My gps said 0.7 miles. We walked it a couple times, but mostly used the Toy Story lot. We never waited for busses on either end, they had plenty always running. Even after WOC, they had 3 lines and busses continuously coming. The busses did not take less time, just less wear on my feet. The walk is easy and safe. I have plantar fasciatis and needed to conserve my feel. lol

I'm glad the buses are relatively easy. Did you have a stroller? I'm not excited about that hassle. If we use it as opposed to carrier packs I might walk. How long did that walk take you?

Did anyone use the living room pull out bed? Comfy? Kid or adult?

I'm hoping not every meal is laden with gluten although we've stayed at one and the dinners seemed to be. Was the chicken breaded? One night we stayed in Seattle was spaghetti. Another night burger sliders.

No stroller, but there was plenty of room on the busses for a stroller and we saw many people with one. I would say the walk took us about 10-15 minutes and we do not walk fast. My 10 y.o. always lags behind lol. My 10 y.o. slept on the couch with no complaints. I think the chicken was lightly breaded. It had salad, chips and mac n cheese. I know another night was vietnamese food. We didn't eat as it was not to our liking. We did use the grill though and that was easy. There is no oven, so if you are planning to cook, options are limited.

Is the Homewood Suites Convention Center? If so, we will be there for a couple nights in late November. I would love to see some photos if you have any. :)

Thank you! What is supper like from the menu or the cocktail hour? Did you eat the free breakfast?

Monday nights are more snack like items, we had Vietnamese one night but did not try it. It did look like more than enough for a meal. My post above desscribes the chicken sliders we had another night. Every night had some sort of soup as well. Lemonade, ice tea, 2 tap beers and 2 types of wine each night as well. Our room slept 5, but only had place settings for 4. We bought paper plates, cups and plastic silverware. Breakfast was very good with a ton of options. The hot items changed each day so you never got sick of eating the same thing. They always had several types of cold cereal, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) and make your own waffles. They had hot potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, pancakes, pre made veggie omelets, egg sandwiches and waffles throughout the week.

Thank you! Do they offer the food/beer wine every night of the week? I recall reading somewhere it's offered only certain nights of the week but I could easily be mistaken I have been reading so much about different hotels.

Thank you! We have reservations there Sun-Wed; maybe we'll stay an extra night in Seal Beach as we weren't necessarily planning on Disney Sunday anyway. Why let my family get too comfortable in one hotel for too long? :lmao:

It'd be nice to have the Monday breakfast & go straight to the park.

Was breakfast crowded?

We are booked in early October in family suite.

It is literally right next door, but you have to walk inside the parking lot a little ways to the busses. Maybe 5 minutes tops.

This makes me happy. I was thinking we would have to uber or take the dreaded ART.
