I vote for the house in Florida (How close is it to Disney?)

about 12 miles, it's close to MCO which is important as I will be constantly be entertaining friends and family.

Was40, I'm always up for such a deal and I did see it in my Mickey Monitor this month. I am going back and forth on buying a house and just don't want to touch my credit right now.
(I found a beautiful house in Florida)

If you are purchasing a house
you are right to stay away from opening more credit!
A friend last year didn't want to do the GPS promo
for the same reason.

It would be a permanent move. Since I work from home I can move. I have to be able to get into work with in 2 hours, we have a site in Tampa

I just resigned my lease here as I was not happy with anything around here. I had a Realtor in Florida that had a handful of houses set up for me to look at. I liked 4 out of 6 of them.

My mom has no problem with it. She is planning on retiring in the next couple years and my parents own a home down there. If anything it may get them to Florida sooner then later.

so I must hustle off again....


then it is ice cream time....

I may even allow sprinkles, since Judi suggsted it...
hot fudge sounds pretty yummo to me.....

The cats have packed their bags already, the prospect of lizard chasing was enough for them. I will only buy a home with a screened in pool and I think that will be another selling point for them

Well, I have a little more free time tonight
since DD10 is NOT going to gymnastics

doesn't help her feel better to get a tetnus shot today
those do hurt a bunch!

and she is on an antibiotic (oral) too...
since the bite broke the skin
better safe than sorry

DH is sending all the doc bills and prescriptions
to our homeowners insurance
to make sure it gets well documented....

Poor DD10
I am taking her out for ice cream
instead of gymnastics

(she is pretty happy about the ice cream)
