When my mom and I make that chicken with parmesan cheese and ritz we need a sauce to go with it but can't find one we like.

....hmmmm, I made the sauce from scratch, but I used the drippings from the chicken....I do't think you can make a 'sauce' for that dish of yours...



....however, I'd be happy to share my recipe and you could make the chicken that I made tonight, which was, BTW, AWESOME!!!!!

I am none too thrilled with DS's bio teacher
he must find living specimens from 10 different phylums
for his final...

he is doing pretty well

a fern
mushrooms
a wasp
a spider


i find it to be busywork
actually securing the specimens
