Ok, we have some pizza dough from Trader Joes that needs to be used. It is garlic & herb flavor. We have turkey pepperoni, some left over chicken, american cheese, mozzerella cheese & Shredded mexican cheese.

What would taste good together? I am thinking pepperoni, american & mozzerella. Maybe toss in chicken too?

Any advice on how long to bake or what temp?

If you want to make a "true" calzone you need Ricotta. But you can certainly make something edible from what you have.
I personally don't like the idea of mixing American and Mozzarella cheeses.
Based on what you've offered I would either go with one of these combos.
Either the Mozzarella and Pepperoni ( a slice or two of ham would be ideal)
or
the Chicken and Shredded Mexican cheese (a very small amount of diced tomato would be nice).

Either way...preheat the oven to at least 450( think pizza oven), every so slightly grease a tray or cookie sheet ( Pam would be good ) and bake roughly 15 minutes pulling your calzone out when it is nicely browned and "looks" right.
Let it cool a few minutes and have a glass of wine or a cold beer.:thumbsup2
