Can anyone lead me to the best place to find an affordable villa? We need at least 5 beds, 2 can be king or queen the others can be twin or full.

What websites can I go to to rent from owners and try to make a deal? We are on a limited budget, and don't mind being a little bit further away, but we do not want to be too far.

Any communites you recommend? Where should I start? Please help! I need your expertise. Is there anywhere I can read reviews of the villas? TY

We used www.vrbo.com to find our house for our WDW trip (Feb '09). It has a variety of homes available. We stayed in Sunset Lakes. Our house was a 3 bedroom and we paid less than $100 a night including all fees. It wasn't far. It took us about 10-15 minutes from our door to the entrance of the parks. Not bad at all.

Stayed on Sunset Lakes and Cumbrian Lakes through Florida Leisure
Had a great time at both homes but we prefer being east of Disney for access to SeaWorld & Universal.

What time of year are you going? Exactly what are you looking for in bed choices? I just did a search for our January trip (and put it all on a spreadsheet) and came across some very good deals very close to the parks $850 to $1250 all inclusive, with several at my price point of $1,000 tax and pool heat included, including a couple of very nice properties in Windsor Hills.

We've used Online Florida Villas and Windsor Hills. Online Florida Villas has a nice forum and you could ask about deals there.
