Hello,

Thought I'd post our reviews since I've enjoyed reading those of others.

Garden Grill...Blech. Yuk!! I hadn't planned on this one, but we did Epcot on our first day and the kids wanted to see characters so I signed up when we got there. The food was yucky. And the restaurant is too dark! My pictures taken there of the characters turned out worse than any other location! Didn't like the atmosphere turning around the Land ride....and I actually liked the Land attraction...just not seeing it as I ate.

Donald's Breakfast...yummy...and I liked getting into AK so early and close to attractions. Waiter was funny.

Crystal Palace Breakfast...awesome character interaction!! Fantastic food!! Similiar to Donald's only prettier location. Also put me into MK earlier.

Cindy's Lunch...Best Food I had the whole trip!! I loved the Pork Loin and grits! Delish!! Funny thing, I found out the husband of an old high school buddy is a chef there when he came out to talk about my son's peanut allergies...it IS a small world after all!

Boma's...DH loved it, I thought it was ok...The DESSERTS were AWESOME!

Hoop De Doo...food ok. Fun show. This was the ONLY time my 2 year old sat through an entire meal without fussing. We had front row seats...touching the stage! Dh was the butt of a few jokes! :teeth:
I totally under estimated the time it would take to get there. We left ASMo (driving our own car) at 4:15 for the 5:00 show. We didn't arrive at HDD until 5:15! One hour transportation time (Parking, taking bus, etc)! The good thing is they were still seating people and the show hadn't started so we didn't miss anything.

Pecos Bills- Didn't like their counter service.

Columbia Harbour House- YUM. Nice sandwiches. Good apple pie.

ASMo food court- versatile...nice choices. With the dining plan the refillable mug won't be a good deal. I was never in the food court when I wasn't using the dining plan so drinks were always included.

McDonald's near All Stars...YIKES! That's the most expensive Mickey D's I've ever seen! It was cheaper to buy a kid's meal at the food court than at McDonald's! I think a Happy Meal came out to over $5!! :earseek:

Overall, a great trip!

Thanks for the report.... $5 for a happy meal?? That would make me very UNhappy.... they should call it the Unhappy meal! :rotfl2:

Thanks for the reviews. :)

Disappointed to hear your GG experience. I was hoping it was getting back to it's "old" self when they got rid of the "new" menu and changed back to the old. Bummer to hear. Good to hear you enjoyed CP. I've been hearing such great things lately. It's on our "to do" list for our next trip.

Thanks for posting. I loved the reviews. What didn't you like about Peco Bills? We were thinking about trying it our next trip.

:disrocks:

I didn't read the menu before going in to Peco's Bills (I should have, but it was close to where we were and we were hungry). My kid's didn't like the children's menu...hot dogs (with no bun) and beans is what they ended up with. The adult menu didn't have anything that appealed to dh...loose meat bbq sandwich is what he ended up with and didn't enjoy. I had a chicken wrap, which was fine, but no one else was satisfied.

I forgot to add, we also ate at Pizza Planet. The pizza was the same pizza that they serve at the ASMo food court...and my kids loved it! They also loved seeing the aliens from Toy Story hanging from the ceilings and walls. It had an arcade downstairs. They could really improve this place by adding some kiddie games or rides downstairs like chuck e cheese...the arcade was geared toward older kids. Funny thing is my kids were so young they would just sit in the game and move the joystick and think they were really playing it. We spent a good hour like that without spending any money, and they "played" lots of games! :rotfl:

I had to laugh at that comment! My kids were like that too! They'd really be getting into the game, and it would be flashing "GAME OVER" the whole time! LOL Man, I miss those days! They are 6 and 10 now...there's no fooling them anymore! ;)
