Home resort booking months vs. Days?

Quick question re booking. If I wanted my home resort at 11 months out for a January 30 checkin when can I call it in since there are only 28 days in February? I know the booking window is in months out but there are cases where this does not seem to work.

Agree--March 1st. You can never call earlier than 11 months from the calendar date of your arrival. Feb 28 wouldn't work because it's actually 11 months + 2 days before arrival.
