Hi all! I am home from my 4 day on the Wonder, and everything was awesome, until time to debark yesterday AM. As we were waiting for the line to go down to leave, we noticed that it stopped moving. Then the doors were locked, and I noticed CM's starting to do other "things" around the Atrium. Well, a suspicious package was detected at custome, they evacuated the terminal, and we were all "locked" in the ship. Families were seperated, kids were chaotic!, but Disney did all they could to relax everyone.
Characters came out, they opened the dance club areas for free prize bingo, and family dancing. On the floor of the Atrium, the kids learned to draw Mickey, and so forth. It was nice what all they tried to do.
We were finally off of the ship at about 11:30, and off to MCO at a little before noon! Our flight was at 1:05! Thank goodness it took off a little late, so we didn't have to rework anything. But I have to admit, those last few hours put a huge damper on the whole wonderful experience. The porter with our luggage was mean, hollered at us, and wouldn't give me a straight answer about my luggage (I got the answer on my own).
So, anyway, I just wanted to let you all know it was truly terrific all in all
