Home from the hospital.....

Thanks to all for your good wishes and prayers. They WORKED as usual! Surgery went fine, and I was thru to the recovery in about 1 hour. All tests came back OK! So, I am on the road to recovery, thanks to ALL the DIS-ers on this board!

Just trying to get my 2 Dachshunds not to JUMP all over me, as I have not been home since Mon. morning. I guess they missed me! Oh, and I came home to a roof leak, and already had to mop that up! Thank goodness for the SWIFFER!

Still a little sore, but not where the 22 staples are! I swear, he cut me from one hip to the other! Anyway, took a shower and feel a lot better. My DD called to say she will be over to do some laundry later, and I had to tell her I already started it. They do not keep you in the Hosp anymore for 3 nights its more like 2 nights and a half a day. Which is good, because by the time Wed. rolled around I was ready to GO! You get NO rest in the Hosp. Yes, Dan, the Dr. said I needed to walk a LOT so, maybe a short 1 day trip to WDW will do it huh? Take care all, and thanks again.
