Does anyone know what the exact colors would be for TourGuide Mike Mickey heads?

We were at WDW May 19-22 and didn't see one green Mickey head! We were wearing ours on our bags, but didn't see any others

Wasn't me either... got mine from the Matthews Home Depot.... Anyone from Charlotte area going June 9-June 17th?

That's where I get mine as well.

I actually got different colored ones to color code my kids suitcases. Their suitcases look identical so I put a mickey paint swatch of their favorite color on their suitcase so I knew who's was who's.

We've been "borrowing" those paint chips for over 3 years now. You would think that Home Depot might be getting suspicious.

BTW - We recently painted our living room "Happy Camper" green. The Alien Green was just a bit much for our tastes.

OMG...I about peed myself when I first saw this thread and Charlotte, NC. I was just in the Huntersville HD this morning picking up my green Mickey's. But, I swear, I only took 4!!!

And, I will be in WDW June 11 - 17th! I'll have my green Mickey's on my backpack. If anyone sees me, please do not hesitate to come up and say "Hi!"

my Rockford, IL HD on PerryVille is still out a month later!! and i visited the Elgin (on Randall road) HD on sunday and they were out too!!! grrr.....

Must get more!!! I just told DH to stop in at the one by his work (Glendale heights on Army Tr. rd) so we'll see!!

I got Laser Beam Yellow and Storytime Blue for TGM. For the DIS i had to get Gamma Sector Green. They were out of both lime green shades. Those darn DISers are hogging all of the paint samples.

This may be dumb, but.......... Once you see someone who has a lime green Mickey head, then what do you do? Is it like a "slug bug" type reaction or what's the deal? Just kidding of course.

Keep in mind that this comes from a person who has a hard time striking up a conversation with a total stranger.

So tell me disers, what did you do when you met someone with a lime green Mickey? What are your experiences?

I saw one at Lights Motor Action a few weekends ago - it was my first sighting! They wrote "DIS" on it as well - no mistaking that! So I said, "Hey! DisBoards!" And the guy said, "Yeah, my wife is on there all the time. She joined about a month ago."

She she really did her homework.

I would think that at this point anybody showing off a home depot paint card of any color would be identified a DISer. "Oh, his is red, can't be a DISer".

I had DH stop by a Home Depot just so I could see what exactly you guys were talking about (which is actually funny because he says I'm Disney obsessed and does not like Disney, yet he made a special trip to Home Depot for me to try to pick up a Lime Green Mickey head paint chip ).

Of course, the Alien green was out, he picked me up a black one so at least I could see what they looked like. I read on here someone taking it and enlarging it on lime green paper and then laminated that. I could make that work eventually (we won't be going back for a while though).

Well apparently nobody in Sheboygan, WI belongs to the DIS because I went to Home Depot last night and they had a nice stack of both colors! So let's just say I grabbed a few "extras" for my fellow DISers!

If your local HD is out of stock and you're going to Disney soon, I'd be happy to send you what you need. Just send me a PM and I'll mail them out (today) on a first come, first serve basis until they're gone!

I got mine last night too!! We were in HD for other things and I dragged DFi over the paint section. He was scared I was painting the house neon green. After I explained it to him he declared it the strangest thing he's ever heard but laughed anyway. Just wait till we meet DISers when we're down there! He'll be really weirded out!!
