Home Builders Convention is when in 2008?

Does anyone know when the Home Builders Convention is next year? Last year it was the 2 nd weekend in February. We did see a difference in crowds starting the Wednesday before the convention. I am trying to plan a trip for February 2008 and just wanted to see when the convention was in town before I made any final decisions.

This year it is the 13th - 16th.
