Are any of the balconies at the home-away-from-home resorts screened? We often go in Sept. and always seem to catch the love-bug season, but I can't imagine being on out balcony if it wasn't screened.

Sorry, no.

Actually I'm glad, I wouldn't want my dues to go up because of having to replace screens that people stick things though and make holes in them.

hi: we're dvc members who do like to go in september as well. it really does depend on how bad they are at the time you go. it has never prevented me from using the balconies.

FYI -- I don't think there are any screened porches/balconies on Disney property. It could even be a safety issue, kids could lean on screens and fall over.

We've also been there during love bug season and didn't have a problem with sitting on our balcony.
