I was checking out the DIS, reading "worst toys every purchased" thread. Funny.......junky toys like hotwheels million piece contraptions and moon sand.

And I was ordering pictures for christmas cards....

New snowpants got a workout today........
barely enough snow to notice
but lots of rolling around on the ground and plucking icicles
from anywhere they could reach

Sounds like fun.
So far, we haven't had any snow.
We had 30-40 mph winds, though. It was freezing today!

not too bad.......

at least we don't have a long drive first....

Good day for the was40 fish.....
five heat ribbons (meaning finishing first out of the four swimmers in that "heat") three for DS, two for DD12
and DS qualified in breaststroke for the championships with his time today!


And the 40th birthday posters were a huge hit!
the kids all sang to the coach before the domino routine at the end
and then they pulled her in with them

Sounds like things went well for the was40s!

A nice, quiet day. Stayed in most of the time since it wasn't really the day to do any walking.
