How much snow do you have? Any?
DH was watching a game in Buffalo, looks like NONE there.....

we have over a foot............ (the 'farm' communites were on two hr delays...........not the burbs..........paved roads make a BIG difference )


I think Snow said earlier she didn't get any...........

Ah, two hour delays........

we are a farm community

I love two hour delays,
no make up day
the day flies by
kids come just in time for lunch!

Nightmare for parents......

even me.....
my kids go to neighboring district
so sometimes they HAVE a delay and I don't (problem)
or I have a delay and they DON'T (yeah! )

I always thought it would be fun to make cakes,
like i 's ducky cake

pretty good money in it
if you don't value your TIME
it takes a long time to create edible artwork


Does DD make cakes for people, Hara
or does she get enough work AT work to keep her busy

in the attic
baited it with peanut butter


he reset the trap
in case he has already invited his brother and extended family here

it was very cute

it was a youth theater production........some of the kids are so young (like 5 or 6) & have speaking parts.

Pinocchio was about 7 or 8---singing, dancing & everything

Geppeto was older--about 13-14

they all did such a good job

we had a mousy problem one year in our old house...........& yep, there is probably a brother, sister, aunt, mother, uncle & a few cousins there too........

WOW! Lots of talent up there!
Our church does a production this time of year
and I am always amazed at the community talent
there are singing parts for teen males, and they always get filled
as well as parts from ages 4-OLD
One of the kings is in his eighties!! He sings a solo, too!
and there is often an infant that is carried swaddled to a mom as a villager...
