Holy Whoosh Batman!!!!

I can't quite believe what I saw on the scales today - so I double checked and got a print off from the one at the chemist!!!

Somehow between Tuesday and today - I lost a whopping 5lbs!!!!
I have gone back to induction as I've been letting a few more treats than necessary in, but still - 5 lbs!!!!

My TOM ended yesterday but I still lost 2 lbs last week.

I am totally gobsmacked!!!!

Must be the homemade chicken soup I've been having all week flushing out my system!!
