holy (smaller) cow! look at my new clippie!

This one has been so tough to earn!

I went off the pill last month b/c I thought that having lost some weight maybe I didn't need it for regulating me, controlling cysts, etc. WRONG! It was awful, both physically and emotionally to go off. I plateaud in my weight loss and had no desire to exercise! No wonder this last five pounds have been so hard!

I'm back on and feeling better than I have for several weeks! I'm back on track with my cardio and have already lost 4 pounds in the last 10 days or so!

So, I'm striking while the iron is hot and claiming my new 30 pound clippie. Incredible!!! (34 pounds total lost since July 1st, 2003)

Because I'd been in such a funk for the last few weeks, I'd even stopped reading the boards...but now I'm back and I'm soaking in all the encouragement!
